The fire element represents energy, transformation, and passion. In terms of our health, the fire element can play a significant role in promoting vitality and personal power on multiple levels.

Those with a dominant fire element tend to have a strong metabolism and good digestion, but may also be prone to inflammation or heat-related conditions.
